"The people in the office are nice. Does not change the fact their claim adjuster came out and claimed that the dents in the whirly birds on the roof didn't prove our shingles had hail damage. The same roofer was not allowed to say it officially, but we asked them and our next door neighbor had half the cost of their roof covered from the same storm from another insurer (We never made any other claim in 5 years.) We dropped them then and there and you should too. Just Google how often State Farm denies roof and water damage claims."
